Jennifer Kasper is an experienced retail marketer who combines magic and logic to build world-class brands and lead omnichannel transformation. Passionate about the connection between Fashion, Beauty, Commerce and Media, she is a true believer in the future of retail.
Most recently, Jennifer led the LVMH Media center of excellence for the Group’s 75+ Maisons operating in North America and LatAm, including Louis Vuitton, Christian Dior, Möet Hennessy, Sephora, and Tiffany & Co. She and her team maximized the value of the Maisons’ collective paid media investments by forging partnerships with agencies, platforms and publishers and negotiating for competitive advantage in the marketplace.
During her 15-year tenure at Macy’s, she led customer acquisition and retention across all channels; digital media transformation within a highly matrixed, cross-functional organization; and holistic marketing strategy for Macy’s portfolio of private brands. Then, as Facebook’s Industry Manager for Fashion Retail, she elevated strategic partnerships between the platform and its most valuable department store, specialty, and off-price retail partners.
Jennifer earned a BA in English literature from Grinnell College and an MBA from The Anderson School at UCLA.
